Though Jeffrey may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. Cauvel and Catherine Cauvel (Connell). He is survived by: his sister Sharyn Rinker (Daniel) of Franklin; his cousins, Debra Householder (Todd) of Hadley, PA, Carl "Chip" McDermott (Beth) of Masury, OH, Raymond Goodman, Jr. of Franklin, Kimberly Goodman of Franklin, Anisa Buffy Pyle (Wayne) of Franklin and Cathy Dolan (Tim Crouse) of Seneca; and his close friend Brock Gregory (Julie) of Franklin.
