He is survived by: his wife Joan L. Neugebauer (Bachman); his children, James Neugebauer (Myra), Robert Neugebauer (Jodi), Sandra Schultheis (Mark) and Thomas Neugebauer (Kelly); his grandchildren, Nicholas, Jacob, Mark, Megan, Matthew, Joshua, Emily, Madison and Abigail; his great grandchildren, Stella and Isaiah; his brother Michael Neugebauer (Mary Ann); his mother-in-law Elsworth Bachman; and his sister-in-law Jeanne Rattigan (Art). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
