He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Lois A. Tilly (Rask); his children, David Tilly (Jean) and Faith Tilly-Fisher; his grandchildren, Brianne Evans (Lee), Devan Tilly (Dayna) and Eryn Tilly; and his great grandchild Leland Evans. He was also cherished by many nieces & nephews.
In lieu of flowers, family suggests donations to Mt. Nebo United Presbyterian Church.
