It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Eugene O'Neil of Franklin, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 20, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil E. O'Neil and Grace Marie Kilgore O'Neil; and his siblings, Albert, James O'Neil and Peg Lambert.
He is survived by: his wife Janice O'Neil of Franklin; his children, Duane E. O'Neil (Jerry Lee) of Franklin, Jerald L. O'Neil (MaryAnn) of Missouri, Mary McSorley (Michael) of Philadelphia and Anna M. O'Neil of Franklin; and his siblings, Earl "Pete" O'Neil of Cochranton and Barbara Anderton of Franklin. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
Memorial Contributions may be made to the Franklin Moose Lodge, Franklin Christ United Methodist Church or the VETS Honor Guard.
