He was predeceased by: his mother Shelby J. Hall (Jacobs); his wife Stacey M. Hoak (Campbell); his stepfather Wilbert Gary Hall; his siblings, Missy Hall and Gary Keith Hall; his niece Megan Wilhelm; his nephew Phillip Hoak; his parents-in-law, Erwin "Bud" and Mary Campbell; and his siblings-in-law, Lynn Raye Campbell and Ralph Lutz.
He is survived by: his father Leroy Hoak of Albuquerque; his daughter Jenna Marie Hoak of Perry Township; his stepmother Sophia Hoak of New Mexico; his siblings, Sherri Hoak of Transfer, PA, Leroy Hoak Jr. and Jason Hoak; and his siblings-in-law, Kathleen Lutz and Erwin "Chip" Campbell (Lynn).
