Daniel Hovis Obituary

We are sad to announce that on October 23, 2022, at the age of 69, Daniel Hovis of Franklin, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman F. Hovis and Thelma P. Wygant Hovis; his sister Rebecca L. Rice; and his parents-in-law, Donald M. Rugh and Twila M. Gravatt Rugh.

He is survived by: his wife Sandy K. Rugh of Franklin; his daughter Jodi L. Hovis-Skiba (Brian J.); his granddaughter KayLynn R. Skiba; his siblings, Thomas G. Hovis (Theresa) of Florida, Cynthia Sue Holly of Franklin and Julie A. Hovis (Donald Rhoads) of Franklin; his siblings-in-law, Donald L. Rugh (Donna) of Titusville and Linda L Holtz of Franklin; his close friends, Diane and Don Andrews; and his great-nephew Scott Hovis. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews.
