With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Charlotte B. Fonzo of Franklin, Pennsylvania, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Though Charlotte may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Boughner and Martha Whitman Boughner; her spouse Carmen Fonzo Sr.; her son Carmen Fonzo Jr. (Cynthia) of Cooperstown; her grandchildren, Amanda Hoffman (Ray), Anthony Fonzo (Theresa Muschweck), Samantha Fonzo and Stephano Fonzo (Mickey); and her siblings, Merle Boughner, Doris Roggenkamp and Beverly Tarr.
Memorial donations may be made in Charlotte's name to the Alzheimer's Association.
