He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Betty Gail Dietz; his children, Rex A. Dietz (Carolyn) and Susan G. Rakovan (late Michael); and his grandchildren, James M. Rakovan, Megan G. Dietz Miller (Jerin), Nicole S. Hughes (Kellen) and Alex R. Dietz (Sarah). He was also cherished by 8 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Schellhaas & Sons Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc. (1600 Stone Mansion Dr, Sewickley, PA 15143). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
