He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lewis and Mabel Lewis (Boyer); and his brothers, Clifford and Norman Lewis. He is survived by: his spouse Jean A. Lewis (Hensel); his children, Michael S. Lewis (Cynthia) of Hilltown, PA and Karen L. Rush (Brian) of Perkasie, PA; his grandchildren, Stephanie Grandjean (Matthew), Jonathan Lewis (Nicole), Brittany Ockershausen (James) and Monica Thomas (Ta'riq); and his great grandchildren, Vivian, Beau, Ellie, Quinn and Lucy.
