He is survived by: his wife Grace E. Neff; his children, Darrel Neff (Elizabeth), Colette Johnson (Eric) and Lowell Neff (Gloria); his grandchildren, Kaleb Neff, Molly Cushing (Patrick), Zachery Neff, Ryan Burke, Matthew Burke and Grace Neff; his great grandchild Hartlynn Cushing; and his sisters, Betty Vanderlely and MaryAnn Bodder.
