She was predeceased by: her husband Lester Clark Hallman; her parents, Harry S. Felty and Alice Felty (Clemmer); her sisters, Miriam C. and Kathryn C. Felty; her stepson Harvey K. Hallman; and her stepson-in-law Arthur E. Bond.
She is survived by: her stepchildren, Dr. Lester C. Hallman, Jr. (Joan) of Souderton, PA, Jacqueline L. Bond of Quakertown, PA, Emma L. Mele (Fernando Mele) of Schenectady, NY and Rosanna L. Steen of Niceville, FL; and her stepdaughter-in-law Fredericka Hallman of Salem, SC. She is also survived by 17 step grandchildren.
