He is survived by: his close friend Margaret Dean; his children, Walter Kuczynski and Melissa Kuczynski of Shenandoah; his stepdaughter Shannon Martofel of Frackville; his siblings, David Kuczynski of Mahanoy City, Kenneth Kuczynski, Robert Kuczynski of Zion Grove, Susan Kurtek of Cresswell Gardens, Diane Mervine of Frackville, Marie Dillard of Morea and June O'Brien of Coal Twp; and his grandchildren, Evelyn, Lane, Myles Lawson and Gabby Martofel.
In lieu of flowers contribution may be made to the Nice-Hart Funeral Home, 9 N. Lehigh Ave. Frackville, PA 17970 to defray funeral costs.
