Ruth S. Thomas Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 28, 2018, at the age of 85, Ruth S. Thomas (Frackville, Pennsylvania), born in Shenandoah, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Surfield and Margaret Freeman Surfield; her husband George "Butch" Thomas; her son David Thomas; and her sisters, Esther Mayusky and Suzanne Surfield.
She is survived by: her children, Pam Thomas of Frackville and Bruce Thomas (Annette) of Bloomsburg; her grandchildren, Nicole Williams (Nathan) of Bloomsburg, Megan Thomas, Bloomsburg Thomas and Blaire Thomas; and her great grandchildren, Ethan Williams, Noah Williams and Mason Williams. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Ruth's name to the First United Methodist Church, 25 S. Balliet St.
