He was predeceased by: his parents, John Giba and Constance Giba (Vinskie); his wife Ruth Giba (Craig); and his sister Patricia Grabey. He is survived by: his children, Robert Giba (Jackie) of Frackville and Kathleen Etnoyer (Arthur) of Highspire; and his grandsons, Craig, Bobby, T. J. Giba, Dominic and Michael Kadziela.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Joseph Center for.
