Cickavage (Frackville, Pennsylvania), born in Ashland, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 4, 2018, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Anthony B.; and his brother Bernard. He is survived by: his parent Martha Yanalavage Cickavage; his children, David, Ashley, Gregory, Nehalem and Cheryl Schutz; and his grandchildren, Anthony Schutz, Ashley Schutz and Alexis Schutz. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
