She was predeceased by: her parent John Tatusko; her husband Joseph Chrush; and her siblings, Michael Tatusko, Steven Tatusko, Nicholas Tatusko, Russell Tatusko and Anna Krill.
She is survived by: her parent Mary Dubec Tatusko; her sons, Dennis Chrush, Bethlehem Chrush and Sergius Chrush (Sandra); her grandchildren, Alyssa Chrush, Amanda Kester and Kali Chrush; her great grandchild Gina Kester; and her sisters, Nita Zarutskie and Jenn Zawacki. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Holy Ascension Orthodox Church, 209 S. Lehigh Ave., Frackville, PA 17931.
