He was predeceased by: his parent Nicholas Borzak; and his brother Ralph Borzak. He is survived by: his parent Margaret Borzak (Bernotas); his wife Ruth Moser; his sons, Douglas, Frackville, Nicholas (Jessica), Allentown and Brent (Ashley); and his sisters, Margaret Drula (Janet Harper) of Melbourne, FL and Frackville. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
