She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry T. Shadel and Anna Shadel (Heloskie); her husband Jackie "JJ"; and her brother Harry Shadel. She is survived by: her sister Ann Mary Shadel Rightus; her nephews, Chris, Kenny Shadel, Tony and Ron Rightus; and her niece Diane Shadel Rhody.
