She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward G. Markowski, and Adelle T. Pratcavage Markowski, Sr.; and her brothers, Edward G. Jr., Thomas and Gerald E. Markowski.
She is survived by: her husband Jospeh Pulaski; her children, Dominica Egan (Martin), Joseph Matthew Pulaski and Jason A Pulaski (Nicole); her grandchildren, Brennen C. Egan, Carinna E. Egan and Caden E. Pulaski; and her sisters, Millie C. Helt, Rita Sauers and Bernardine M. Bolinsky (Anthony). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
