He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester A. Malafarina and Madeline Fritin Malafarina. He is survived by: his wife Wendy A. Bixler Malafarina; his children, Matthew Malafarina of Frackville and Tammy Dietrich (Jamie) of Frackville; his grandsons, Dominic Malafarina and Horatio Miller III; his sister Carmella Ritchie (Will); and his mother-in-law Stella Bixler.
