She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Treshock and Elenore Krouch Treshock. She is survived by: her husband Herbert H. Seitzinger; her children, Chad Seitzinger (Rachel) of Frackville and Angela (Michael Pistoria) of Macungie; and her grandchildren, Sydney, Steele Seitzinger, Giana and Andrew Pistoria.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Lenore's name be made to either RBC Ministries (PO box 266, Grand Rapids, MI 49501-0266), the Salvation Army (400n Sanderson Street, Pottsville, PA 17901) or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (PO Box 1999, Memphis, TN 38101).
