We are sad to announce that on June 12, 2018, at the age of 58, Keith L. Madeira (Frackville, Pennsylvania), born in Reading, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Bluma Madeira (Evans). He is survived by: his parent Frank Conrad; his children, Jessica L. Beck (Madeira), Exeter Twp, Matthew S. Madeira, Alexandra L. Madeira, Faust, Wernersville, Sara M. and Shamonsky; and his grandchildren, Zachary, Camden, Mattie, Lacey, Charlie, Jaxon and Vera.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to House of Prog in Keith's honor and memory.
