She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Kalymun and Anna Kalymun (Podgurski); and her husband Emil Simodejka. She is survived by: her children, Stephanie Taylor (Michael), Mechanicburg, Maria Bonchack (Randy), Kris Boyle (Michael) and Emil Simodejka (Leonette) of Lumberton, NJ; her sister Dr. Mary Kalymun; her grandchildren, Ariana Taylor, Celeste Ryan, Gabriella Bonchack, Rachel, Kelsey Simodejka, Devin and Garrett Boyle; and her great grandchildren, Hazel and Levi Boyle. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
