He is survived by: his parent Mary McGrath Spieles; his wife Karen Dunleavy Spieles; his sons, Tommy (Maureen Pearce New) of Fountain Springs and Christopher (Danielle Pearce) of Fountain Springs; his grandchildren, Nicholas Tyler and Emily; and also Frackville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
