It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Shpakovsky of Frackville, Pennsylvania, born in Mahanoy Plane, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 2, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Shpakovsky and Mary Wasylchuck Shpakovsky; his wife Gertrude F. Blackwell Shpakovsky; and his brothers, Fredrick and Michael Shpakovsky.
He is survived by: his children, Tammy Sausser (Randy), John Shpakovsky (Susan), Michael Shpakovsky (Christine) and Lori Mack; his grandchildren, Derrick Mack (Jacqueline), Briana Yordy (Allen), Katie, Olivia, Sophia Shpakovsky, Moriah, Megan, Morgan Shpakovsky, Randy, Jr. and Tiana Sausser; his great grandchildren, Teagan, Magnolia, Autumn Yordy and Kiernan Mack; and his sisters, Jule Shapawol and Alice Muscalus. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
