He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles V Anthony and Anna Anthony (Semick). He is survived by: his wife Janice; his sisters-in-law, Linda and Mary; his sons, Mark (Barbro) and John Tyler (Karolina); his grandchildren, Nicolas, Dianna, Mia, Gianna, Blake and Kaia; his great grandchild Emmaline; and his brothers, Charles and Geary.

At the request of the family, due to Covid 19 infections, please wear a mask.

In lieu of flowers the family prefers contributions, in John's name, be made to the Memorial Fund of St. Michael's Ukrainian Catholic Church.
