She was predeceased by: her parents, John Slotcavage and Catherine Touchinsky Slotcavage; her husband John W. Jeffries; and her daughter Patricia "Pat" Wagner. She is survived by: her son John J. Jeffries (Patty) of Barnesville; her grandchildren, Craig Wagner (Jennifer) of Ashland, Tara Hughes (Fred) of Gordon and Maddison Jeffries; her great grandchildren, Alec Bolinsky, Tristan Bolinsky and Scott Wagner; and her siblings, Elizabeth Schaar and Richard Slotcavage. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
