She was predeceased by: her parents, George G. Shuey and Zelma Brosius Shuey; her husband Dominic S.; her grandson Daniel Sleva Jr.; and her sister Doris Kostishak.
She is survived by: her children, Daniel (Patricia Sleva) of Morea and Dorice A. (Kevin Derr); her grandchildren, Allishia Sleva (Brian McCue), Kayla Derr (Craig Demko) and Shelby Derr; and her sisters, Carol (Joseph Grabuskie), Pocono Lake and Janet Dean. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
