She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Koopinetz and Mary Koopinetz (Garbish); her former husband Peter Sweat; her husband John Mistysyn; and her siblings, Paul Kopinetz, Michael Kopinetz, Charles Kopinetz, Walter Kopinetz, Jospeh Kopinetz, Mary Lundy, Caroline Koltura and Frances Hood.
She is survived by: her sons, John Sweat (Patricia) of Schuylkill Haven, Walter Mistysyn (Marie) of Mill Creek and Thomas Mistysyn. She is also survived by 7 Grandchildren and 4 Great-grandchildren.
