With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Henry Czebieniak (Frackville, Pennsylvania), who passed away on April 21, 2018 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Andrew Czebieniak; his wife Jane Kellett Czebieniak; and his brothers, Terry Czebieniak and Adolph Czebieniak. He is survived by: his parent Josephine Denchak Czebieniak; his siblings, Jeannie Stoltz, Schuylkill Haven, Cecilia Kamieniecki, Pottsville Walton, Florence Walton and Walter Czebieniak; and also Warren.
