She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Kordish and Mary Gutswa Kordish; her husband Michael Onuskanich; and her siblings, Louise Houser, John and Thomas Kordish.
She is survived by: her children, Jane Halupa (Stephen) and Michael Onuskanich (Theresa); her grandchildren, Michael (Becca Onuskanich), David (Amanda Onuskanich), Luke Onuskanich, Amy (Jared Rickert) and Lisa Halupa; her great grandchildren, Ava, Benjamin, Aubrey and Mason; and her sister Mildred Garbardi. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
