Lowe of Frackville; her daughter Mary Ellen; her son-in-law Thomas Lowe; her daughter Barbara (Leo Noels); her grandson Kevin Noels (Stephanie Van Gijsel); her great grandchildren, Mauro and Carlos Noels; her niece Susan (Neil Pritchard) of Delta, PA; and her nephew Carl Hahn of Allentown, PA..
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorial donations be made, in Helen's name, to the Frackville Free Public Library at 56 N. Lehigh Avenue Frackville, PA 17931.
