He was predeceased by: his parent Fred Lucas; his wife Dolores Bracey Lucas; his son Kevin Lucas; and his siblings, Roland Lucas, William Lucas, Peggy Hubler, Barrie Neumeister and Anna Marlow.
He is survived by: his parent Lottie KuKu Lucas; his sons, Roy (Michele Lucas), James of Tamaqua, David of Tamaqua and Michael of Tamaqua; his significant other Carletta Zeigenfuse Brinze; his siblings, Robert (Lillian Lucas) of Ashland, Geraldine Mervine, Ashland Higgins and Nancy Higgins; and also Frackville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
