He was predeceased by: his parents, Will C. Troxell and Edith Troxell (Edwards); and his sister Geraldine Carson. He is survived by: his children, Neretta T. Brobst of Homosassa, FL and Jeffrey J. Troxell, Sr. of Clearlake Oaks, CA; his grandson Jeffrey J. Troxell, Jr; and his sister Hazel Jasiewicz (Edward) of Boylston, MA. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and many friends.
In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Frank Troxell's memory to any charity/organization which aids US Veterans.
