He was predeceased by: his parents, John G. Minnucci and Carrie Roberta Minnucci. He is survived by: his wife Roberta B. Kratz Minnucci; and his children, Richard "Rick" Minucci, Richelle Jones and Angela Meyer (Ryan). He is also survived by eight grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family prefers contributions, in Frank's name, to St. Jude's Childrens Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
