He was predeceased by: his parents, Neil Berkheiser and Aileen Berkheiser. He is survived by: his wife Diane M. Berkheiser (Fields); his children, Keith Berkheiser (Shawn) and Kristen Berkheiser of North Carolina; and his grandchildren, Wyatt James and Caroline.
