Claire S. Dura Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Claire S. Dura of Frackville, Pennsylvania, born in Shenandoah, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 18, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincent Kacelowicz and Victoria Kacelowicz; her husband Stephen Dura Sr.; her son Stephen M. Dura; and her son-in-law John C. Murphy.
She is survived by: her daughters, Darlene "Enie" Murphy and Sharon (Brenton Hake); her sister Theresa Harkins; her grandchildren, Michael Dura (Alva), Matt Dura (Ana), Mark Dura, Emily Massie (Franklin), Adam Hake (Allie), Patrick and Timothy Murphy; and her great grandchildren, Hailey, Frances, Hugo, Whit and Pearl. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made, in Claire's name, to St. Joseph the Worker Parish at 7 S. Broad Mountain Avenue Frackville, PA 17931.
