We are sad to announce that on July 9, 2024, at the age of 92, Alice Muscalus of Frackville, Pennsylvania, born in Mahanoy Plane, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Shpakovsky and Mary Shpakovsky (Wasylchuck); and her brothers, Michael, Fred and John Shpakovsky.
She is survived by: her husband John "Jack" E. Muscalus Sr.; her children, Dr. Sharon McGregor (Robert McGregor), Dr. John E. Muscalus Jr. (Donna) and Dr. Robert Muscalus; her grandchildren, Dr. Ali McGregor (Will Garner), Abby McGregor Loop (Connor), John E. Muscalus III (Katie), Jacquelyn Shipe (Adam Shipe), Joshua Muscalus (Emily), Dr. Alexandra Muscalus and David Muscalus (Morgan); her great grandchildren, Caleb, Jude Garner, John IV, Andrew, Ella Muscalus, Palmer, Naomi Shipe, Hudson and Ford Muscalus; and her sister Jule Shapowal.
