It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alan Andrew Shinkus of Frackville, Pennsylvania, born in Ashland, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 6, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis M. Shinkus and Mary A. Hauslyak Shinkus; his wife Georgine Yeneskie Shinkus; and his brother Vaughn Shinkus. He is survived by: his sons, Alan (Amy Shinkus), Anthony Shinkus, Adam Shinkus (Quanita Britt) and Arnodts Addition; his brother Michael Shinkus (Marian); and his grandsons, Alex, Austin and Aiden Shinkus. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
