It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy Louise Garrard of Foxburg, Pennsylvania, born in Ford City, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 4, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Sheldon and Jane Harris Sheldon; and her husband Dick Garrard. She is survived by: her children, Beth Ann Tedeski (Jim) of Parker, Karen Butler (Jack) of St. Petersburg and Christopher Arnold (Tammy) of Karns City; her grandchildren, Robert Tedeski (Shannon) of Foxburg, David Tedeski of Hilliards and Sarah Butler (Patrick Cooney) of Akron; and her brother Donald Sheldon (Barb).
