She was predeceased by: her spouse Forrest Stanley "Jeff" Miller; her parent Moses Chambers; and her siblings, Robert Permar, Kenneth Permar, Ralph Permar, Carol Nyce, Josephine Light and Sara Andre.
She is survived by: her parent Florence Permar (Crouthamel); her children, Karen A. Bishop (Dennis) of Dublin, PA and Jeffrey S. Miller (Valerie) of Fairfax Station, VA; her grandchildren, Patrick Bishop (Stacey) of Richboro, PA, Cynthia Bishop (Robert Richey) of Quakertown, PA and Andrew Miller of Fairfax Station; and her great grandchildren, Ashlyn, Nathan, Reagan Bishop, Dean, Sam and Jaina Bishop.
