She was predeceased by: her father William Fitterer Sr.; and her mother-in-law Dorothy. She is survived by: her husband James Clougher; her children, Allan (Kathy), Michelle (Jimmy) and Irene (David); and her brothers, William (Dianne) and Arthur.

Memorial contributions can be made to The American Cancer Society or The Ruth Steinert Memorial SPCA.
