He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Terry and Sara Amos Grady. He is survived by: his close friend Suzanne Favata; his children, Kimberly Seris (Frank) and Wayne Terry Jr.; his granddaughter Kiley; and his sisters, Geraldine, Carol and Laverne.
