It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Solon J. Fenner Sr. (Forty Fort, Pennsylvania), born in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 12, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Solon I. Fenner and Kathleen Fenner Basher (Gruver); and his siblings, Randolph Fenner, Eugene, Bernard, Joseph Basher, Dorothy Fenner, Violet Coopey and Barbara Barron.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley O'Donnell; his sons, John Fenner (Denise), Brian Fenner (Leah), Sean Fenner, Solon Fenner Jr. and Malachi Fenner; and his sister Kathleen Skrzypkowski. He is also survived by his 13 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
