She is survived by: her husband James; her children, James Dobbs Jr. (Charlotte), Beth Dobbs (Avoca) and Timothy Dobbs (Rosemary); her grandchildren, Brittany Dobbs, Emily Dobbs, Aaron Dobbs and Olivia Dobbs; her great grandchild Jamie May Kearns; and her brothers, Walter P. Tigue Jr. (Mary), Avoca and Joseph Tigue of Sayre. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
