It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Melba Dickson (Forty Fort, Pennsylvania), born in Kingston, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 9, 2020, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Asahel Rood and Beatrice Sherman Rood; her husband William Dickson Jr.; and her sister Hilda Kappler Weiss. She is survived by: her son Jeffrey S. Dickson Sr. (Jo Ann); her daughter-in-law Judy Dickson; her grandchildren, Jonelle Prokopchak (Jason), Jeffrey Dickson Jr. (Heather Fritz) and Jodi Feldmann (Clarke); her great grandchildren, Jeffrey of Dallas, Lucas of Dallas, Rylynn of Dallas, Ashlynn of Dallas and Jada of Dallas; and her niece Barbara Kappler Romanansky. She is also survived by numerous grand nephews, nieces and a large extended family.
