He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Finnerty and Mary Finnerty of Pringle. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Walker Finnerty; his children, Gerry, San Jose, Calif, Kate, John, Finn, Benjamin Krispin, Lake, Bob and Nicole Finnerty; his grandchild Cedar Grove of New Jersey; and his sisters, Mary Jane Shinzo (Michael), Wilkes-Barre Stair and Ellen Stair.
