With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol M. O'Rourke (Forty Fort, Pennsylvania), born in Kingston, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 9, 2019 at the age of 49. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Bernard, Bernadine Smith, Josephine and Leo Rindgen; her mother-in-law Diane O'Rourke; her uncles, Bernard Joseph Smith, Jr., Stephen Francis Smith, Sr., Francis Rindgen and Raymond Rindgen; and her parents, Joseph Rindgen and Sheila Rindgen.
She is survived by: her husband David O'Rourke; her daughter Alexandria O'Rourke; her siblings, Sondra Surdy (John), Kelly Bobkowski (Matthews) and Joseph Rindgen (Faith); her nieces, Samantha, Marissa Surdy, Morgan, Riley Bobkowski and Caitlin Rindgen; her nephew Matthew Bobkowski, Jr.; and her godparents, Pamela Novakowski and Timothy Smith. She is also survived by numerous Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
