She was predeceased by: her parent Sophie Hudak; her husband Joseph; and her son-in-law William "Bill" Schaeffer. She is survived by: her children, Theresa Podskoch Schaeffer of Swoyersville, Bill Podskoch of Swoyersville, Barbara Jo Podskoch Asklar (Robert, Swoyersville), Michael Podskoch (Lynette, Dallas), Joseph Podskoch Jr. (Jennifer, Swoyersville) and Susan Podskoch (Joseph Wilcom, Kingston); and her grandchildren, Bob Asklar Jr. (Megan), Michael Podskoch Jr., Jessica Podskoch, Rebecca Podskoch and Alyssa Podskoch. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
