He was predeceased by: his father Albert Siperko. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Davies Siperko; his children, Brian (Shannon Siperko), Jennifer Siperko (Frank Chalker), Hudson and Barbara (Micheal Shovlin); his grandchildren, Luke, Sydney Siperko Dennis, Myah Shovlin Wyatt and Garrett Chalk; and his nephew James Williams.
In lieu of flowers the family wishes memorial donations may be made to Gary Sinise Foundation.
